Rewards program FAQs

Learn more about earning Points, redeeming rewards, referrals, and member perks.

How do I join Snakehive Rewards?
Joining is free. Select Join rewards on this page and sign up to receive 10 welcome points. You don’t need to make a purchase to join. If you’ve already shopped with us, sign in using the same email address you used at checkout to view your points and rewards.
How do I earn points?
Hive Members and Hive Insiders earn 1 point for every £1 spent on eligible products, after discounts. Hive VIPs earn 2 points per £1. Delivery charges don’t earn points.
How do I use my points?
Sign in to your account and select Loyalty Hub to view your points balance and available rewards. Once you have enough points, choose a reward and follow the instructions to redeem it. Copy your reward code and apply it at checkout. For tier gifts, see “How do I claim my free loyalty gift?” below.
Do my points expire?
No, your points don’t expire. You can save them for something you love and redeem them when you’re ready.
Will spending my points affect my loyalty tier?
No. Redeeming a reward reduces your available points balance, but the points you’ve earned still count towards your next loyalty tier.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
Points earned on refunded items will be deducted from your balance. If you’re returning an order that used a reward, please contact our customer care team so we can help with your points and reward.
Which gifts can I choose?
Hive Insider: Choose a leather keyring, bottle opener or leather cable ties. Hive VIP: Choose a glasses case, RFID cardholder, passport holder or leather money wallet. Gift choices are subject to availability.
Where do I find and claim my gifts?
Sign in to your Snakehive account and select Your gifts. You’ll see which gifts you’ve unlocked and how to claim them.
How do I unlock a gift?
Reach Hive Insider to unlock an accessory gift with a future £50+ order. Reach Hive VIP to unlock a premium gift with no minimum spend and free standard UK delivery. Each tier gift can be claimed once.
Do gifts use my points?
No. Tier gifts are separate from your points rewards, so claiming one won’t reduce your points balance.
