Please allow an extra 1-2 working days for personalised orders.
If your order is placed before 3pm Monday – Friday using a Royal Mail shipping method, your order will be processed and mailed the same day (excluding Bank Holidays). Please allow the stated number of days below for delivery AFTER the day of dispatch for your order to arrive.

If you have ordered one of our Almost Perfect products, we are only able to ship these within the United Kingdom using our standard, Royal Mail untracked postage service.
If your shipping address is deemed as a Remote Location by our shipping partners, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order in full.

For our international customers, all orders received are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Please allow extra time for international deliveries, with an additional two working days for personalised orders. Some international orders may be subject to additional delays.
