If you have ordered one of our Almost Perfect products, we are only able to ship these within the United Kingdom using our standard, Royal Mail untracked postage service.

If your shipping address is deemed as a Remote Location by our shipping partners, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order in full.

Due to the ongoing logistical challenges resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic and the UK's departure from the European Union, we are foreseeably unable to accept and fulfil orders from inside the European Union (including Ireland) on this website. We appreciate the inconvenience and are doing everything we can to correct this. If you are visiting us from the European Union and wish to make a purchase you are able to do so through our EU website here.

For our international customers, all orders received are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Please allow extra time for international deliveries, with an additional two working days for personalised orders. Some international orders may be subject to additional delays.
