Who receives the e-gift card?
Select the recipient option above to send it directly to their email address, with an optional name and message. Leave it unticked to receive it at your checkout email address and forward or print it yourself. No physical card is posted.
When will my e-gift card arrive?
For delivery now, the gift-card email is sent after payment and fulfilment. If you choose a future delivery date, Shopify schedules the email for that date. Check junk or spam folders if the email is missing, or contact us for help.
How do I redeem it?
Shop at snakehive.co.uk and enter the unique gift-card code in the gift card or discount code field at checkout. The available balance is applied to the order.
Do I have to spend the full amount at once?
No. Any unused balance stays on the gift card for a future order. If an order costs more than the available balance, the difference can be paid using another payment method.
Does the e-gift card expire?
Snakehive e-gift cards do not expire, so they can take their time choosing.
How can I check the remaining balance?
Open the gift-card link in the original email to view the current balance. Keep that email safe, or contact our team if you need help finding it.
